Today more than ever, e-commerce services are providing a vital service to people across our country and worldwide, and we are committed to being a part of this to help communities continue purchasing essential, daily supplies in these times of uncertainty. 

As an online platform, we are in a fortunate position to tightly control the health and safety measures that keep our people safe, and we are confident in the series of preventative measures put in place for our (socially distant) workplace so that we can continue to work in the safest way possible.

If you are practicing self-isolating or social distancing, have peace of mind with our contactless delivery practices for all parcel drop offs.

Our courier partners are following the guidelines of governments and health authorities around the world, and have taken action to protect the health and safety of everyone they may encounter. our partner's delivery drivers are practicing strict hygiene measures to make sure deliveries get to their destinations safely, practicing social distancing and contactless delivery to help flatten the curve.

The CDC (Centers for Disease Control & Prevention) says the risk of catching the virus from a package that has been through the postal delivery system (or handled and exposed to different conditions and temperatures) is low.
